| 1. I purpose to introduce a series of laws to decentralize the government; in effective reduce the size and responsibility of the central government and give the local government the rights to make constitutional amendments according to the local environments. Idealy, the overall size of the government will be reduced except the military. A good government needn't government much. This will be a platform to discuss the possible measures that can be taken. 2. The sole source of revenue for our government is the personal income tax(if you inspect the budget). I purpose to reduce the burden of the individual and introduce a modest income tax of 10-15%(OOC: very low as compaired to virtually every country in the world right now already!!!!). Let's discuss about it |
