Bill: End the Reckless Deficit Spending
Details
Submitted by[?]: Konservative Partei
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill proposes to change the allocation of funds in the budget. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 3233
Description[?]:
Despite years in which it could have acted, the socialist regime has persistently failed to address the country's gaping budget black hole, preferring instead to accumulate debt and pass the costs onto future generations. The spending cuts that we propose here are necessary to address the persistent gap between revenues and outlays. They will return the budget to a sustainable long-term position with a modest surplus. The socialists have a choice. They can vote against or ignore this legislation - and prove once again that they are incapable of keeping a steady hand over the state finances - or they can support it - and show that they do in fact possess some latent potential to act responsibly. - Natascha Issen, finance spokesperson for the Konservative Partei. |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
