MessageMr speaker

As a pacifistic party SP agrees new laws about chemical and biological weapons, defence industry, land mines, separation of the police and the military, nuclear weapons, paramilitaries and prisoners of war.

Unfortunately we can't vote for article 2, (banning contraceptives) and Article 4 (criminalising euthanasia). Our stance towards article 10 about export of weapons to other nations is neutral.

If Luthori Constitutional National Party will remove articles 2 and 4, then we would accept this bill.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Artiles relating to purely moral-religious matters can be saved for a separate Bill.

I yield the floor.
