Message | This budget leaves us in surplus, with the new tax system, while greatly increasing social service expenditures from the abhorrent level the rightists placed them at, increasing technology expenditures to grow the economy as they did before, placing education as the top priority, and nonetheless maintaining a strong defense, although not at the previous extreme level. |
