The Ambassadors are to be suggested by the Foreign Minister to the Bundespräsident, who can approve or disapprove the nominated candidates. Therefore I propose: 1. to ratify the Dundorfian Treaty of Diplomatic Relations between our Republik and other nation s 2. to appoint Ambassadors Rudolph Bracher Minister of Foreign Affairs |
