MessageThe AAS can see where this idea COMES from, but we think it folly to allow our own internal policy to be set in this way, by outside sources.

If, for example (and we realise we are being somewhat flippant), our neighbours in Keymon start allowing their citizens to marry their household pets or... furniture, the legislation suggested here, means that we would have to recognise man-goldfish, and woman-armchair unions as legal and legitimate.

The AAS believes this kind of policy MUST be decided on an 'in-nation' basis.

MessageThe AAS was, unfortunately, unable to get a representative to the table to vote on this bill, which we consider to have 'passed', only in as much as we don't consider it to have had a TRUE vote, yet.

The AAS shall address this problem, soon.

Random fact: Particracy does not allow official national flags of real-life nations or flags which are very prominent and recognisable (eg. the flags of the European Union, the United Nations, Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union or the Confederate States of America).
