| June 3245 "DECLARING that a state of war exists between the Imperial Government of Selucia and the Union of Imperial Crusader Kingdoms against the government of the Medrisite-Associated Revisionist Council and the people of Pontesi and the National Liberation Army and making provisions to persecute the same. WHEREAS the Imperial Government of Selucia has committed an unprovoked invasion against the Medrisite-Associated Revisionist Council and the people of the Pontesi Hegemony: Therefore be it resolved by the Provisional Synod of the Medrisite-Associated Revisionist Council and the National Liberation Army assembled, that the state of war between the Medrisite-Associated Revisionist Council and the Selucian Empire and their allies which has been thrust upon the Pontesi Hegemony is hereby formally declared; and the Director-General is hereby authorized to employ the entire naval and military forces of the Medrisite-Associated Revisionist Council and the Pontesi Hegemony and the resources of the government to carry on the war against the Imperial Government of Selucia and their allies; and, to bring the conflict to a successful termination, all the resources of the Medrisite-Associated Revisionist Council and the Pontesi Hegemony are hereby pledged by the Provisional Synod of the Pontesi Hegemony" SIGNED: M.A.R.C: Director-General Robert Medris Mederagaar, M.A.R.C.
