Bill: Justice Reformation Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Grand National Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 3246

Description[?]:

While our justice system is quite efficient overall, we should reform certain aspects:

1.) Setting up gated communities should not be restricted to the state. The private sector can conduct such projects just as well.

2.) When prosecuting a doctor for malpractice, we need competent people who can give reasons for this. A medical regulatory could do the job.

3.) Public security and Law and Order can be maintained more efficient by subcontracting with competing private security firms.

4.) The taxpayer should never be expected to pay for those who have made themselves guilty of a crime. They don't deserve society's support.

Random fact: The voters enjoy active parties who take upon themselves the initiative to create laws.
