This bill is to stop all murder of innocent little children that are not yet delivered, days from, delivery, and months from delivery. The mutilated young babies that lie so innocent in their mother waiting to be delivered shall have the same rights as those who are adults. This nation is not to partake in any actions that involve particpation in murdering of innocent lives period.

Message	We would like to see a more moderate set of controls on abortions, and will propose a bill to that effect after voting has ended on this bill. We believe this bill, if enacted, could jeopardize the rights and the lives of women who need abortions in cases of medical necessity/emergency.
