Exotic Animal for the purpose of this bill shall be: An animal not native to Luthori. Certain restrictions have to be placed on the trade and ownership of exotic animals to protect the native wildlife of Luthori. A special licence will be required to sell exotic animals which will cost 10000 A licence indicating the animal is by law exotic is needed for all exotic animals -Exotic pets found to be unregistered shall be confiscated and the owners shall be punished with a fine of a minimum of 2000 and/or a jail term of 3 months Further restrictions are: 1. Exotic animals may not be bred in Luthori for the purpose of sale here or abroad. -violaters of this law face a minimum fine of 5000 or 6 months in jail they will also lose their licence. 2. A cage or holding approriate for holding the animals is mandatory. This must be sold with the animal. -violaters of this law face a minimum fine of 1000 and dealers who do not include approriate holding for the animals when being sold or being stored will at a minimum lose their licence. |
