Bill: SUCCESSION, 3256
Details
Submitted by[?]: Front Canrillaise
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: December 3256
Description[?]:
With the ailing health of Her Majesty Queen Hélène and the refusal of Princess Joséphine to assume her royal duties, the Senate hereby acknowledges the ascession of Baudouin to the throne of Rildanor. He shall be known as Baudouin III, King of the Rildanorians and Emperor of Noumonde. God Save The King! ((OOC: It might be better to have Baudouin as King since he is married to the former Queen Noelle of Kanjor. This would make a future union between Rildanor and Kanjor easier.)) |

Random fact: In order for a Cabinet bill to pass, more than half of the legislature must vote for it and all of the parties included in the proposed Cabinet must support it. If your nation has a Head of State who is also the Head of Government, then the party controlling this character must also vote for the bill, since the Head of Government is also a member of the Cabinet. If any of these requirements are not met, the bill will not pass. |
