Message | Mr Speaker, The RZI have proven to be a clear and present danger to the Indralan state. By threatening ICP and DGD members, threatening our Monarch and the very fabric of Indralan culture. We are calling for a DGD/ICP/MD coalition for the safety of our nation. We demand the RZI resign their posts, seeing as they no longer have a working Parliamentary majority with a Cabinet comprised of just their own party. I yield. |
Date | 16:16:30, February 06, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Is this a coup attempt? In the name of democracy, we will not allow it! |
Date | 16:19:46, February 06, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, How could it be a coup? Your party has been the one always calling for coups or trying to say that other parties are planning or committing a coup. Why is your party so obsessed? Do they want to commence a coup to oust the monarch or control His Imperial Majesty like a puppet, or are they waiting for one of the monarchist parties to do something that the majority coalition does not like in order to put martial law into place in order to create a dictatorship? This is the reason why republicanism is evil. I yield. |
Date | 16:23:56, February 06, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | We will not, under any circumstances, declare martial law. The LDSC has a clear majority as a coalition of 3 independent parties. The CIC will remain in opposition. What a brilliant idea to include the MZD in your cabinet proposal while saying "republicanism is evil." |
Date | 16:26:55, February 06, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, As we cannot trust your party, both by word and by action, we do not believe you. Indeed, your coalition does. That is democracy. We do not dispute the results. Indeed, republicanism is evil. However, the Minzhudang has not said anything in regards to republicanism, nor does its platform say anything at all. Unless, you are suggesting that they are republicans, meaning your coalition is officially a republican coalition. I yield. |
Date | 16:26:59, February 06, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Even more brilliant, while stating that "republicanism is evil" you vote yes on a proposal that puts the MZD in charge of Defence & Foreign Affairs. You can count on Food & Agriculture to be focused on Socialist reform, having supplies delivered to Leftist communities around Indrala whenever there is a "shortage." Who will be blamed? The chancellor, of course! |
Date | 16:28:43, February 06, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | My coalition is not a Republican coalition, we are a Liberal Democratic Socialist coalition. |
Date | 16:32:11, February 06, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | OOC: Please don't double post. IC: Mr. Speaker, Quite frankly, I have no idea what you are talking about concerning Food and Agriculture. It sounds quite insane. Of course, if you are suggesting that your government will deprive certain people of food, then your party and coalition is truly evil and the minority parties should call for foreign aid to remove the evil. I'm sure your coalition is not republican, hence the reasoning for voting against the Act of Treason, but I digress. I yield. |
Date | 16:38:49, February 06, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | The Food comment was based on your government. We are saying, sarcastically, that it is a great idea to hand over certain posts to a party that voted "No" on the "Act of Treason" Bill. If you consider that as being "Republican" then you are calling the MZD a Republican party; I am not. I do not classify my coalition to be Republican, but in your paranoid classification, maybe it would be. I hardly care about your assumptions; they have no meaning to me, as they are false. |
Date | 00:47:20, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | The Conservative Imperialist Coalition has failed. We now assume the Leader of the Opposition is someone from the DGD, unless it is preferred that the ICP take control of Opposition leadership responsibilities. |
Date | 01:47:32, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, You have no right to give our coalition a name. That is for the ICP and my party to decide. I yield. |
Date | 03:35:01, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Whether it has a name or not, or whoever gives it a name, it's still insignificant. You failed. |
Date | 03:39:14, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | OOC: Yeah, well, I don't approve of the name. Thus, it is null and void since it concerns me. IC: Mr. Speaker, This debate is now pointless. I yield. |
Date | 03:40:15, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | But there was no "debate" here. The ICP and DGD just attempted to obstruct democracy. |
Date | 03:52:46, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, Attempting to form a coalition of over 50% of the seats is not obstructing democracy. It is the practice of democracy. I yield. |
Date | 03:58:39, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | The DGD and ICP hold less than 50% of the seats; the MZD would not accept the coalition, so don't even bring up the fact that they were in it. Your problem was lack of satisfaction with the people's choice. The RZI is the largest party for a reason. When 5 parties have seats, winning over 35%, of those seats, is a great victory. Date | 14:27:16, February 07, 2012 CET | From | Indralan Conservative Party (保守黨) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | OOC : considering that the MZD and TG have little visibility in comparison to the DGD, ICP and yourself its hardly a surprise is it? I mean...honestly...are you such a moron that you do not understand how the game mechanics work? |
Date | 15:27:35, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | And so what? I don't see the ICP or DGD in even the top 30! The TGD and MZD actually have seats; we couldn't mention Iwat because they have no seats. |
Date | 17:41:05, February 07, 2012 CET | From | Indralan Conservative Party (保守黨) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | OOC : Well again....if you applied some logic you might find the reason for that. Besides, your party is experiencing what is 1st election gains. In your actual 1st election you had little visibility so this is your 1st real election with visibility. That is why you got so many seats and this does tend to even out over the coming elections so i wouldnt be surprised if you lose some in the next election. And as for your slabbering...why dont you get on with playing rather than whining i mean honestly - who do you think you are impressing here? Certainly not us here because you may be the 4th ranked party at the moment but you have no constitutional influence here - which all still remains with the DGD. |
Date | 17:45:24, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | We are not whining; our only disappointment is the ICP being allowed to legally exist. |
Date | 21:10:25, February 07, 2012 CET | From | Indralan Conservative Party (保守黨) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Mr Speaker, And there it is again...we are becoming tired of this same old RZI party line. We are dissapointed the RZI - a bunch of communist peasants - exist. Their brand of politics - slurs and the like - are reflecting poorly on Indrala as a nation - and making our nation look silly. The RZI have done absolutely nothing to improve Indrala's standing in the world. Their government has not even addressed our Imperial claims or territorial aspects. They are neglecting the duty of the Indralan Empire as a whole and that is a travesty. I yield. |
Date | 21:17:25, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | We do not believe in "Imperial claims" and many of our territories are self-governed. IF the DGD never pitied the ICP enough to be in opposition with them, the DGD would be in control of Foreign Affairs. |
Date | 21:35:23, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, You know that was a lie. Even if you contacted me about it, which you didn't, I never would join republicans in government. I yield. |
Date | 21:43:06, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | We did contact you about it... |
Date | 21:47:15, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, No, you didn't. Lies will get you nowhere. I yield. |
Date | 21:50:48, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | We told you we would give you Culture, and we told you we refused to give the ICP any cabinet positions, and you said you would vote "No" if they never got their fair share. |
Date | 21:52:59, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, Above you said that you offered my party the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Will you now recant or uphold what you previously said? I yield. |
Date | 21:55:46, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 鑫派 / Xīnpài (Xin Faction) | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Check your party's messages. We did mention it. We listed 3 ministries which we said we think the DGD should control, regardless of the fact that we have the largest single-party majority. |
Date | 22:03:15, February 07, 2012 CET | From | 姬恩黨 (Jien Faction) 🌄 | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of April 3254 |
Message | Mr. Speaker, You never did. I yield. |

Message | OOC: 04:37:09, February 01, 2012 CET (Real World Time) IC: Do not be dishonest... We said: "In respecting the monarchy, I see the default right of the DGD to control certain cabinet positions." After your response, we said: "I would put you in charge of: -Environment & Tourism -Education & Culture -Foreign Affairs" |

Random quote: "We must show that liberty is not merely one particular value but that it is the source and condition of most moral values. What a free society offers to the individual is much more than what he would be able to do if only he were free. We can therefore not fully appreciate the value of freedom until we know how a society of free men as a whole differs from one in which unfreedom prevails." - Friedrich August Hayek |
