After the sucess of the first bill, we wish to expand on its pledge. To help the research the education system needs updating to encourage universities to host Clean Chemical Groups. This university research will supplement the government reseach encouraging more inovation. Industry will also be pressed into actively implementing techniques found by uch groups into making their processes more environmentally friendly. As such private higher education universities cannot exist as all research done in the universities must be freely distributed and not the rights of a private institute, to allow effective collaboration in this area. |
