This bill will improve our economy by giving companies and individuals more options in ecology related affairs. Debate
These messages have been posted to debate on this bill:

Message | The SLP does not agree with more than half of this bill's articles. They are mainly Articles 1, 4, 6, 7 and 8. Although we support local governments, some things like ensuring high water quality should be done by the central government, in order to ensure consistency throughout the country and hence achieve a high standard of living nationwide. |
Date | 15:07:13, February 17, 2012 CET | From | Vorona Conservative Party | To | Debating the The Economic Relief Act (TERA) |
Message | The VCP is ready to remove some articles, but the main part (support for industry) must stay. We respect your opinion, but we believe that in matters like ecology and utilities local government is a better choice. Why? Because in some regions people are very eco-friendly and in some they are sceptic. The VCP must however say that we do not understand oppostition to articles 4 and 7. People of Verona are sceptic towards ecology, but we have the most strict and harmful laws about it. |

Message | You do not create policies to please the people, you do it because you feel and think that it is correct and the right way for the country to move in, and according to your party's stand and how your party feels/thinks about the problems. Just because the people are environmentally skeptic doesn't allow us to screw up the environment. If people do not care about fires, do we close down fire departments? |

Message | I know that very good. Screw up the environment? What do you think people care more about: jobs or trees? These laws must be relaxed to give our industry and economy room to expand! Moderate restrictions on pollution are good enough. Why ban whaling (so much for liberalism) when you can put low quotas. Gives the government power to achieve balance (low quotas-high quotas). To answer your question... People care about fires and that is why we spend money on them. But... Some people care less and some more. It is different region from region. Local governments are better in some things (like ecology), because not everybody has the same need. But as I said. You said you like some things here and some you do not like. Say what you like (articles) and let us discuss it, This bill is not final, but the VCP can not delete tha main part of the bill: More power to the people (not in a communistic way, but democratic way) and economy growth. |

Message | This bill will exploit our environment to the maximum, and the SLP will block this bill from passing. Economic growth aside, we must think of our future generations! |
Date | 11:30:30, February 19, 2012 CET | From | Vorona Conservative Party | To | Debating the The Economic Relief Act (TERA) |
Message | Exploit our environment to the maximum? Putting no restrictions on pollution would be that. I called for modarete. Having no regulations on whaling would be that. I called for quotoas. I agree we must think of future generations, but when you past major deficit budgets (as your party would by the name) where is the future? |

Message | Being advocates of social liberalism does not equal to not having fiscal control. (Do not regard the in-game budget as it is not a dependable source) |
Date | 14:36:34, February 21, 2012 CET | From | Vorona Conservative Party | To | Debating the The Economic Relief Act (TERA) |
Message | Again you have given no direct answers! Does your party plan to propose a Cabinet, is my next question. Hope you will give an answer! |
Date | 10:24:55, February 22, 2012 CET | From | Social Liberal Party of Vorona (SLP) | To | Debating the The Economic Relief Act (TERA) |
Message | How am I supposed to answer directly when there is no direct question? You are asking mainly rhetorical questions with not much substance. The Government may not propose another cabinet as we are fine with the current administration. |

Message | Since this debate is not very productive, I will put this bill on voting. I know you will oppose it, but the people need to see the alternative! |

Message | On the contrary, since you have changed EVERYTHING that was on this bill, I find myself in the weird situation of agreeing with this bill. |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
