Message | Rt Hon David Arkwright MP, Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Mr Speaker, it is time to end this hippy legislation that has deprived our children of contact with rare animals. Our people will be enriched by the experience. I believe past objections were based on maltreatment but of course we shall ensure that the institutions are properly regulated. |
