Message | Mr. Speaker, What the CPU seems to be forgetting is that people who are in prison are there because they took something from society. Whether this was money or the dignity and feeling of safety of a woman does not matter. The time spend there should be a time re-paying the burden they have caused on society. |

Message | Additionally we HAVE a re-educational program. |
Date | 12:13:09, February 22, 2012 CET | From | Catholic Political Union | To | Debating the Prison Reform Act |
Message | Mr. Speaker, Telamon's prisons are miserable, overcrowded, under-staffed places. Prisoners lead very frustrating and very confined lives. A small measure like this will ease their burden, and make rehabilitation much easier. |

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols. |
