| Far too many people leave prison to go on to reoffend or otherwise fall into troubles. We need to make a prisons real centres of rehabilitation. | Message | Mr. Speaker, What the CPU seems to be forgetting is that people who are in prison are there because they took something from society. Whether this was money or the dignity and feeling of safety of a woman does not matter. The time spend there should be a time re-paying the burden they have caused on society. |
