Voting deadline: May 3262
Description[?]:
The CSPP believes in a truly free economy. One which is neither dictated to by markets or the state. We believe that the nationalised model has failed and therefore we advocate the privatisation of the Energy market though we believe subsidies should be provided to those most in need. The law against foreign ownership of our companies is needless protectionism which inhibits the free market. The law against positive discrimination fails to allow companies to implement such measures as needed - positive discrimination has been shown to be the only thing that can break down barriers of gender and race at some times. The government should lead on this and implement positive steps in the public sector. Democratic Worker Councils democratise the economy. Cooperatively owned businesses have been shown to compete well in the wider economy. We believe that the democratisation of the wider economy will strengthen it and give workers more control over their lives. While the CSPP does not believe that such structures should be imposed, we believe that subsidies will allow DWCs to get a foothold in the economy. |

Date | 13:59:43, February 20, 2012 CET | From | Partido Federal - Nacional | To | Debating the Economic Restructuring Act of 3261 |
Message | We support articles 1 & 2 fully but can not stand for the latter 2 |
Date | 14:01:00, February 20, 2012 CET | From | Patriotic Party | To | Debating the Economic Restructuring Act of 3261 |
Message | While we certainly agree with Articles 2 and 4, we cannot in all good conscience vote in favour of Articles 1 (which would give too much power to a series of entirely unaccountable institutions driven wholly by profit) and 3. |
Date | 05:37:45, February 21, 2012 CET | From | Social Democratic Alliance | To | Debating the Economic Restructuring Act of 3261 |
Message | We support Article 4, but oppose all other articles. We agree with the statement by the Patriotic Party on Article one. Positive discrimination is no better than any other discrimination. Equality is the way. |

Random fact: Cultural Protocol bills must provide a real-life equivalent or short description for the ethnic groups, languages and religions contained in them, such that it would be easy for an unfamiliar player to understand (e.g. "Dundorfian = German"). Where appropriate, they should also provide guidance to players on where to find help with translations and character names. This might include, for example, links to Google Translate, Behind the Name's Random Name Generator and Fantasy Name Generators. |
