MessageRt Hon David Arkwright MP, Prime Minister of Hutori

Mr Speaker, we regret that we cannot support this legislation. We believe our intelligence services should be able to use whatever means necessary to defend Hutori. Though we understand our coalition allies feel strongly about this issue, we simply believe that in opposing this legislation we are settling for the lesser of two evils. Better that we have the capability to defend ourselves than we defend the rights of those who wish to harm our nation.
