Message | Mr Speaker, We are opposed to this change and believe that it is a recipie for instability and chaos. As the arbiter of the nation, we believe that the president is best placed to propose a cabinet to parliament for its consideration, on the proviso of course that the proposal should enjoy the confidence of the majority of the House. OOC: whilst we are opposed to this I don't blame other parties for proposing this change given the situation which has arisen recently (my apologies for this, as per my other post my inactivity has been due to problems with my Internet connection - which have now been fixed) |

Message | Mr. Speaker, With the return of the President to full capacity, and under our party mandate to always support our elected government and leader, we have decided that this bill is now against our mandate. As such, we will be supporting President Simon, and voting nay. |

Random fact: It usually takes up to an hour for election results to generate. During this time, the "Next Election" date is put forward a month, which is confusing. Do not worry! In a short time, the election result will generate and the "Next Election" date will then correct itself. |
