Message | We can support. |
Date | 11:08:35, February 29, 2012 CET | From | Democratic Catholic Party | To | Debating the Equality Rights Act |
Message | With all due respect, this law is untenable. We are opposed to this kind of "rights" and therefore will vote no. We must defend the family and not grant rights to anyone. A child has the right to grow with a male father and a female mother: we can not regulate this natural law. With good sense, therefore, we ask you to withdraw these proposals and look at the real family. |
Date | 22:21:08, February 29, 2012 CET | From | Agudat National Party | To | Debating the Equality Rights Act |
Message | There is no such thing as a real family. An unwanted child has a right to be adopted to whoever wants to adopt said child. Whether it be a straight couple or a homosexual couple. The notion that it is intended for a male and female to raise children is flawed. What is a family? A political one that the Democratic Catholic Party has made or a real loving one. |
Date | 00:13:04, March 01, 2012 CET | From | Positive Progression Party | To | Debating the Equality Rights Act |
Message | Homosexuality is contrary to the nature that God has given us, and thus is morally wrong. The Moral Party does not support. |
Date | 15:43:41, March 01, 2012 CET | From | Coalition for National Unity [CNU] | To | Debating the Equality Rights Act |
Message | "The Unionist Party believes that adopted children are best brought up in as stable-an-environment as is possible. In that regard, we do not support single people being permitted to adopt children. We also believe that mixed race marriages ought to follow the exact same regulation as same race marriages, whatever those policies may be. We shall therefore be voting no." William Jordan, Unionist Legislative Lead |
