| Message | The SLP thanks the VCP for the strong support the VCP is showing for this bill. We would like to make known our intentions behind this bill: the country is at risk of war and hence the Government is taking every step to ensure that our defence is ever-ready to face all kinds of threat. Last week, the Government received word from the Alliance of Terran Republics (of which Vorona is part of) that peaceful negotiations have failed with a certain country, and economic sanctions have been placed on the ATR nations.
