"The presence of a strong nationwide highway system is paramount the success of the Pontesi Hegemony. Not only does it provide a plethora of economic resource, but it provides the military access to each artery of Pontesi defense. Currently, the highway system is entirely maintained by the local governments. The Pontesi people would be best served by a combination of national and local highway systems that intertwine to provide the best possible service to both their individual districts, and the nation as a whole." Viceregent Benedict Klein, M.A.R.C. |
