| Continuing undemocratic attitudes, mixed with open and blatant threats to both other parties and innocent civilians have escalated the House of Stafford to the Threat Level A (Alpha). As such, it is highly recommended that quick, thorough and consistent action be taken against the source of the threat. Through extensive research, observation and intelligence gathering, ITA have learned that Migadon is currently host to almost all of the fanatic and dangerous followers the House of Stafford contains. The Migadon State Police Force have requested back-up, and the authorization to arrest these criminals and dangers to our society. As of right now, the following action is being undertaken by the Armed Forces of Telamon, SOFT, Migadon State Police Force and other areas of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of Defense: 1 - The immediate detainment of 250 targeted "leaders" of this dangerous unit 2 - Escalation of security searches and security checks for the borders to any vechile or person coming from Migadon or Likatonia 3 - SOFT is authorized to begin intelligence gathering on the thousands of supporters of the House of Stafford who have been classified as "fanatic" 4 - These fanatic followers are no longer permitted to carry any weapons, and police will arrest any who do on sight 5 - Trade from Likatonia to Migadon will cease, all Likatonian vessels approaching Migadon will be escorted to Ferene for the Naval Force of Telamon to inspect 6 - Any vessel who attempts to leave Migadon or enter Migadon waters without inspection will be persecuted as a crime against Telamon, and should the ship be carrying weapons, it will be sunk after repeated warnings. These actions are under the direct reporting of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Defense. The President has the authorization to stop these activities, or any of these activities if he so wishes. Parliament can vote down these actions, but until such time the actions will be put into place and carried out. There will be only one month for debate, as this bill is time sensitive and requires immediate attention. |

| Message | Let me remind the CPU that we do not believe in democracy, we believe in the monarchy, and intend to overrun the communist alliance. Furthermore, we have the support of the Federal Republic of Likatonia. I have personally been assured by Praeses Foederalis Republic Samuel LaFarge that Likatonia will do everything in it's power to help with the paramilitary operations and weapons smuggling in Migadon. The Migadonian Freedom Act has been passed in the Foederalis Legatorum in Domus, and under said legislation, "the Likatonian government hereby authorizes sales of military hardware to assist in the cause of surpressing Communist inflitration of Migadon. We further authorize any members of the Likatonian military who wish to volunteer for this cause to do so without any loss of rank or senority, and with full benefits in the event of injury or death." As you can see, we will no longer be subject to the tyrannical actions of a maverick defense minister. We have the support of the International Monarchist League, as well as the nation of Likatonia.
