| Message | "Mr. Speaker, I commend this first part of our Budget to the House. This part of the budget proposal deals with taxation and sees us aim to lower taxation by 4% at the very bottom income bracket and increase the payments of those at the top. The changes that we are making to the budget allow us to boost our income by increasing the imput by those higher rate tax payers in order to place the burden for expenditure on income tax, allowing us next year to review overall taxation and make the changes that are so desperately needed.
