Description[?]:

OOC: Before I begin with the meat of this bill, I want everyone to know that I have done extensive work off the game to ensure that Dorvik is one of the more detailed nation and I have heard from many other partyicracy players, in and out of our nation that the thing that makes Dorvik so unique is the attention to detail. Therefore this bill is merely aesthetic than having any significant impact on the game play.

IC:

Members of the People's Chamber,

We have had numerous debates within the party as to what should be done with the regional governance of the nation and we have come to conclusion that we must set the number of representatives for each State Chamber as to better represent the people we have come up with the following numbers:

Mainland Dorvik
Kordusia - 475 Regional Representatives
Largonia - 480 Regional Representatives
Miktar - 470 Regional Representatives

Islands of Dorvik
Mothar - 440 Regional Representatives
Dorvan - 435 Regional Representatives

We also would be increasing the number of districts in the states, thus increasing the amount of electoral constituencies in the states.

Director of Party Organization,
Marcellus Unterbrink

OOC: The way the system would work is that 75% of the seats would go to the actual parties in the game while the remaining 25% would go to regional parties that have existed or are approved to exist. This way we can RP perhaps a socialist party capturing a large portion (full 25%) of a state chamber and they begin implementing socialist reforms and the government has to react, its merely for its RP element.

Also, for the State Leader positions, essentially Governors, its going to be a 2 part system, a random number will be chosen (1 or 2, 1 will represent a national party while 2 will represent a regional party.) and the state leader will either be chosen from the largest national party or randomly chosen from whatever regional parties exist.

For example, out of 1,724 regional seats for national parties, my party would have 178 seats of the 1724 while the largest party, the Dorvish Party would have 795 of the 1,724. For an example, the Kordusian Minister-President position, out of a random single roll of 1 or 2, I got 2, therefore it would go to an approved regional party, which is randomly chosen out of the ideology of the region.

MessageAh, we totally missed this. Well, we'll see how it goes. I have seen this operated in other countries to varying degrees of success, so we'll give this version a chance.
