This should help convicts start again outside of prison. Not getting paid outside of prison tempted them to crime, getting paid inside of prison should get them out of it. Help our prisoners from recommiting by offering them work and a wage! |

Message | Well crime rates seem rather low at the moment. Although I do not know if this will dramatically effect this in any such way. I am for the bill in principle. OCC: RL prisons have work for scentence reduction program, I am guessing this is what this means. |
