| The Socialist Party, in accord with Kalistan's Militia Law, hereby activates the Socialist Party of Kalistan's Party Militia, the RSMoK. We intend to activate our full initial call up for service in the Keymon Crisis. Here is Kalistan's Party Militia's Law http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=241823 Here is SPoK's initial call up in the Party Militias Registry: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=243838 While initially organizing in the stated brigades, our Party's mission will be to supplement any Kalistani regulars with fully unconventional warfare. The aim is to harass the enemy where he is found, destroy his ability to communicate between his forces or to move forces from one place to another, wipe out the supply infrastructure which prevents the Keymonese army and their allies from recapturing the country from the invaders, and generally decrease the morale of the Likatonian forces through the use of propaganda and drugs. Direct combat with Likatonian forces is to be avoided, however, hit and run, ambushes and sniping shall be authorized. RSMoK shall not wear Kalistani uniforms and the only identifier they shall wear will be a small pin identifying them as a member of of the Socialist Party of Kalistan on their left breast pocket. After training through the month of May of 3291, an unspecified number of RSMoK partisans shall filter into Keymon, either by private charter or by frog unit of the Kalistani Special Forces. Given our open boarders and the boarders of several associated countries near the combat zone, this will likely not be a problem. Once inside Kaymon, each unit will set up various cells in several confidential locations throughout the country, and will begin to analyse local intelligence to watch out for targets of opportunity. Phase 1 will be to immobilize Likatonia forces around several key points, leaving the countryside much freer for regular combat forces of several allied nations to operate. Phase 2 will be to cut power to areas concerntrated with Likatonian military, and to obliterate communications with their homeland. Phase 3 involved dosing the water and food supplies of Likatonian forces with powerful hallucinogens for the purpose of disorientation and, more importantly, receptivity to Socialist Propaganda. At any of these phases, Regular forces should be prepared to exploit the opportunities presented by the deliberate decrease in effectiveness of Likatonian Forces. Given the National authorization to go to war, Socialist Forces will do their part for the relief of both our allies and the Keymonese people themselves. |
