| Message | Ah ... an unintended consequence of this is that the cabinet has to wait until November to pass. Therefore PM Hacker and his associates have some months to ensure a smooth handover (back to usual rule). I would advise the foreign ministry to keep up their action in the Artanian security talks. Indeed, the hon. NIccolo Machiavelli is happy to leave the current foreign minister a special status in those talks though with the understanding that the sovereign say of the government is had by said Senator Machiavelli. |

Understanding that we have lost the support of a majority in the Senate and considering the special constitutional status of the proposed new Cabinet Alliance 44 will consider the new Cabinet as one in full functional power and will hand over the positions fulfilled in international organizations and events to the government backed by the majority of the Senate. |
