| Port Tackstov is the capital of Beluzia. The old capital buildings in Bailon will be demolished, or refurbished, and used as military camps for the construction of Beluzia's naval and missile bases. The bill shows details of the buildings to be constructed in the new capital. ----- Royalty His Excellency, the Count, will not be forced to live in the capital city. The count can choose his own place of residence from the 5 Beluzian shires. Each royal family should have residential property in each parish so that their Viscounts have a place to live. The Federal Council of Viscounts will be seated in the "Federal Administrative Centre" in the capital city. The council, of 100 seats, will include the monarch (the Count) and 99 Viscounts. There is 1 Viscount for every 1,000,000 citizens. Each parish is required to have its local parliament building for its local government. The non-sovereign monarch of each parish is determined by the House in control. A seat should be kept for the Count's visit. --- Head of Government There will be a set official residence for the Prime Minister, with a personal private office. This resident office will be in close proximity to the National Administrative Centre. His public office will be located in the Federal Administrative Centre, in the floor below the Federal Council of Viscounts. -- Foreign Affairs The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will be located in Union City, but the Minister of Foreign Affairs will have an office in Port Tackstov. Foreign nations may choose the cities in which they want their consulate buildings to be, but they must all delegate a representative to sit in office in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Each diplomatic delegate will have his/her own office in the building. The International Monarchist Council will be situated in the city of Union Hill. A designated guest house will be provided for each royal house in Beluzia, but other monarchs must book one of the other guest houses by making arrangements through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. -- Internal Affairs The Ministry of Internal Affairs will be situated in close proximity to the Federal Administrative Centre. The Minister will have an office in the Federal Administrative Centre, beside the Prime Minister's office. Delegates from different internal departments should be sent to sit in office in the Ministry. This includes police, firemen, etc. -- Finance The Ministry of Finance will be located in the capital city. The federal stock exchange will be located right beside it. Delegates should sit in office in the Ministry of Finance, representing banks, credit unions, and other stock exchanges (from parishes and other countries). -- Defence The Ministry of Defence will be located in the North of Fort Tackstov. It will have control over the nation's neutral military. An extra office will be located in Fort Bailon on the island of Bailon. -- Justice The Ministry of Justice will be located in the capital city beside the Supreme Court. It will be in close proximity to the Federal Administrative Centre, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. -- Infrastructure & Transport The Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport will be located in the capital city, in close proximity to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. An additional federal department will be located in Coleshire. -- Health & Social Services The Ministry of Health & Social Services will be located in the South of the capital city. It will be in close proximity to the Lligro University. It will have partial access to military resources, mainly for transportation reasons and emergency planning. Delegates, from each welfare office and major hospital, will be required to sit in office in the ministry. -- Education & Culture The Ministry of Education & Culture will be located in the capital city beside the Lligro University. Smaller federal departments will be located in Stantonshire, beside the Stanton University, and in Karavshire, beside the Karavshire University. The national archives will be located in the ministry. There will be large traffic space for freedom of movement and a comfortable zone for anyone to freely enter and read something. Security will only be present to prevent theft. There will be over 100 assistants available to visitors, to help them to search for information. The archive network will be connected to smaller archives across the nation, and in schools. A national library and museum will be located in the same complex. A national park will also be present. -- Science & Technology The Ministry of Science & Technology will be located in the South of the capital city, in close proximity to the Lligro University, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Education. -- Food & Agriculture The Ministry of Food & Agriculture will be located in Union Bay. North of Union Bay are large farms stretching into Negunia. The nation's fishing industry is based in Union Bay. Notable departments are in Lower Negunia and Port Karav. -- Environment & Tourism The Ministry of Environment & Tourism is located in Parloshire. There is a federal department in Bailon. -- Trade & Industry The Ministry of Trade & Industry is located in Union Bay, with a federal department beside the Ministry of Finance. Notable departments are in Coleshire, Port Karav, and each city in Negunia. |
