| Saridan has been a Duntrekker nation for several centuries. It has maintained its position as the premier defender, exporter and example to the Duntrekker diaspora, Duntrekaans language, and way of life. It has maintained open borders for these Duntrekker men and women residing in whatever corner of the world they may find themselves or it has offered these people a helping hand at its own expense wishing nothing in return but its own intrinsic honor. It has done all of this in order to build and maintain Duntrekker culture, people, and the Duntrekaans language. We, therefore, the Representatives of the true Duntrekker people of Saridan, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of this nation-state, solemnly publish and declare, that Saridan is, and of Right ought to be a predominately culturally Duntrekker, majority Duntrekaans-speaking nation-state. It holds, as itself in esteemed right and duty, as the Supreme defender of the ethnic and linguistic Duntrekker men & women of the world, and the protector of Duntrekker culture in its various forms. Let the legal and offical language of Saridan be Duntrekaans (Afrikaans) and/or its derivatives & dialects thereof alongside that of the Euphitriens (French) speaking minority. Let the people of Saridan to continue to practice and maintain its culture and heritage regardless. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor. |

| Message | OOC: What do you mean? The French part comes from Alduria to the south, which is French-speaking and so I feel that makes sense. As for the "native" people; already have that: they are the Ikpi people, similar to Australian aborigines and given that Saridan has a tropical climate, I can see that. (http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/Ikpi_People). Most of them speak French. And for darker skin people; created the "Iftgoerroon" which is supposed to be a neologism for Mulattoes or mixed-race people; essentially a mixture of Duntrekkers/Artanians/Euphitriens/etc. with the Ikpi or later the Iftgoerroon themselves.
