Message | We have a social responsibility to respect, cherish, and protect our environment. Industry must not be allowed to destroy our forests and cause irreparable damage to the ecosystem. Similarly, hunting of endangered and threatened species runs the risk of causing extinction of our native wildlife. Unacceptable. And like I pointed out before on a similar bill, the effects of environmental issues are not confined to one area and are therefore the responsiblility of the government to control. Conflicting environment policies between segments do nothing but undermine the efforts of socially responsible areas. |

Message | Not true. Beluzia is vast. If you want to enforce certain restrictions, do them in your own controlled areas. We don't need such restrictions in Iker Ado. You're undermining regional powers and the people's rights to autonomy. OOC: Beluzia's population is over 99,000,000. One parish has almost 10 times the amount of people in all of Jamaica. |

Message | Uninhibited deforestation affects the entire world! What about the ozone layer? Trees reduce the greenhouse effect. Come on. Individual parishes should not be able to decide they can cut down all the trees they like when the entire nation - and in fact the entire world - pays the price. |

Message | Ozone layer? I see a comic book lying around. It's about this weird planet called "Earth" Is it yours? |

Message | What happens to parishes that already have these laws in place: http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=334698&nation=9 Seeing as the Pattersons voted yes, it's assumed that they like this policy, and no less believed that they have implemented this policy in Negunia, which has been under their control since 3296. http://classic.particracy.net/viewnews.php?newsid=334314 It would be unfair to implement these ridiculous policies in the rest of Beluzia. It is better to leave things to the local government. Autonomy is the key to your survival. The Karav Army is not afraid to act. We have already effortlessly pulled a coup. |
