| The Illegal Alien Security Act (IASA) is for the purpose of protecting the public and national security of the Kundrati Union. Article 1 Proposal to change The government's stance on illegal aliens. The Kundrati Union, under the newly formed National Immigration Agency (NIA), will enforced the immigration laws of this nation upon the passage of this bill. All persons who are in the nation illegally either by failure to take the national exam to become citizens or expired visa will be deported. All foreign nationals have a year to renew expired visas before being deported. Foreign Nationals acting in a diplomatic purpose are exempt from this law and will be given a special visa for the duration of their diplomatic mission. All persons deported unrightfully may file with the federal court and their case will be reviewed by a court of law. |
