Current Position: Religions are permitted to freely promote and advertise themselves.

Proposed Position: Religious organizations are not permitted to actively promote themselves or advertise, however envangelism is permitted by individuals.

Rationale: In this day or age, our TV's and Radios do not need to be cluttered with evangelists and their sometimes toxic speeches.
