Description[?]:

We propose,

- The High Count be an elected monarch who's position is predominantly ceremonial and symbolic acting as head of the County and head of the aristocracy
- The 'Federal Council of Viscounts' is renamed and that all elected members should be nobility, or may be Commons but should choose to become nobility as a result of being elected
- The Government is drawn from the legislature like in a parliamentary system, ensuring the country is governed primarily by Lords

MessageOOC: This is actually what I'm proposing, but the DeKaravs oppose it and have spun it to look extremely negative because they don't like it. I proposed it because I think it'd be better for RP and better for national identity.

MessageOOC: Whatever DeKarav may say, the only change is the name of the legislature and that candidate names should primarily have your house's family name despite what DeKarav may say.

MessageThe first "proposal" is already in place.

The second one doesn't need to be formalized.

The 3rd proposal is something we will not support, for any reason whatsoever.

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections.
