| We propose, - The High Count be an elected monarch who's position is predominantly ceremonial and symbolic acting as head of the County and head of the aristocracy - The 'Federal Council of Viscounts' is renamed and that all elected members should be nobility, or may be Commons but should choose to become nobility as a result of being elected - The Government is drawn from the legislature like in a parliamentary system, ensuring the country is governed primarily by Lords |
