Any citizen of this country, unless they have been caught in the act of committing a crime, shall not be held in prison for more than 48 hours without being charged with a crime. Further, people who have been arrested, may only be charged if they have actually committed the crime, caught in the process, or believed to have played either an accomplice or conspirator role. They may not be arbirtarily charged so the case can be laid to rest and transferred to the country's judiciary. |
