Part of getting our house in order requires a sober evaluation of the fine lines between Environmentalism, Conservation for Use and Exploitation of natural resources. The NPP proposes the following ecological platform to straddle the two poles of that spectrum and to promote conservation of national resources for the purpose of sustainable use and growth. |
