First I checked to see if a party de-activated and seats needed to be filled or something :/ Why be such a sore loser mate? :/ It was a close election and all but there's no reason to run it again. :| There'll be another chance in two years...plus if it's anything like the time we had re-elections a couple months after I won my first term (to fill the Adamsons seats) it'll play out more or less the same way again until some parties change their positions and public opinion shifts, etc. So we just keep calling re-elections with our > 50 % majority until the result changes? :s Bottom line : I can't vote Yes on this. I can't even believe this was proposed :| It's such a blatant attempt at gaming the system :/ |
