| Annelies van Raesberg, Minister of Justice, has published a statement containing an official Call for Candidates in order to appoint a President of the International Justice Commission on the Keymon War II (IJC on Keymon II). The President will appoint a further five Judges from five different countries in order to bring several former leading Keymonite officials to trial. Possible indictments include genocide, crimes against peace and war crimes. The Minister uses the power given to her by Art. 7 of the relevant legislation: http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=346477. Six persons declared their candidacy. Of these six persons, three were withheld. Candidates had to fulfill the following requirements (Art. 5. § 3 of the same legislation): "(...) who must be older than 35 years of age, have an academic degree in law and may not hold public office during the time of the IJC." The three approved candidatures were: 1) Elena Mischkowitz Born: 3270, Cormorant Schooling: Master of Laws (speciality: labour law), University of Hashleigh-on-Sea (UniHaS), 3299; Master of International Law, National University of Mordusia - Cormorant (NUM-C), 3304 Career: 3299-3308: 2nd Judge at the Regional Court of Icythe Harbor, Adubura; 3308-present: President of the National Court of Bayonne, Sammodra. 2) Peter Barr-Wells Born: 3251, Port Saint-John Schooling: Master in Seleyan Politics, National University of Mordusia (NUM), 3272; Juris Doctor, Free University of Port Saint-John (FUP), 3282 Career: 3272-3279: councillor, Ministry of Justice, Department of International Affairs; 3279-3293: assistant, later full professor, Free University of Port Saint-John; 3293-present: President of the Diplomatic Affairs Commission, Ministry of Justice; 3299-present: Honorary Dean of the Law Faculty, Free University of Port Saint-John 3) Jean-Baptiste Auret Born: 3269, Charleville Schooling: Master of Laws, Provincial University of Sayoon (PUSay), 3290; Juris Doctor, Provincial University of Sayoon (PUSay), 3295 Career: 3290-3293: researcher at the Law Faculty, Provincial University of Sayoon (PUSay); 3293-3297: assistent, later full professor, Provincial University of Sayoon (PUSay); 3297-present: Head of the International Law Department, Law Faculty, Provincial University of Sayoon (PUSay); 3311-present: advisor to the Minister of Justice on international legislation Based on these candidacies, the Minister has signed a resolution sent to the States-General for reference purposes: "Let it be resolved that Dr. Peter BARR-WELLS is hereby appointed as President of the International Justice Commission on the Keymon War II by the Minister of Justice, the Rt.
