Message | It is unfortunate that we have chosen to vote against this bill. We do support many of the proposed changes in this bill, such as those that support the decentralization of government. However, Articles 1 & 2 in particular are troublesome to us. As this is not a debate, I won't try to go into much detail, but given our strong disapproval of the proposed changes in those articles, we can not support this bill. |
