MessageIt is unfortunate that we have chosen to vote against this bill. We do support many of the proposed changes in this bill, such as those that support the decentralization of government. However, Articles 1 & 2 in particular are troublesome to us. As this is not a debate, I won't try to go into much detail, but given our strong disapproval of the proposed changes in those articles, we can not support this bill.

Random fact: All role-play must respect the established cultural background in Culturally Protected nations.

Random quote: "I worked at a factory owned by Germans, at coal pits owned by Frenchmen, and at a chemical plant owned by Belgians. There I discovered something about capitalists. They are all alike, whatever the nationality. All they wanted from me was the most work for the least money that kept me alive. So I became a communist." - Nikita Khrushchev
