Message"Partido Acción Ciudadana opposes this law. The state should support policies that are aimed at protecting children from obscenity and exploitation. We believe that the best position the government could take on this matter is denying sexually explicit content during hours that many children watch tv but allowing nudity, which is not obscene, at any hour of the day."

Chairwoman of PAC
