Bill: Criminal Justice Act of 3315
Details
Submitted by[?]: National Progressive Conservative Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: July 3316
Description[?]:
This is a bill to protect our national security, and to show groups such as those who have terrorized our nation in the past that we will not be taken lightly. Crimes against humanity and those that put our entire country at risk are unforgivable, and we must ensure that we act quickly, aggressively and firmly to protect our citizens. We also propose that the DNA of both the accused and the convicted is recorded by the government in order to, in some cases, speed the process of investigation for our police. The accused are always accused for a reason, and could be involved in crimes in the future. The recording of their DNA could be very helpful to our police force in these cases. |

Message | We strongly agree on article one and would even favour death penalty for murderers. However, on DNA there has to be assurances, that those DNA's of accused persons but not found guilty, are deleted. |

Random fact: It is the collective responsibility of the players in a nation to ensure all currently binding RP laws are clearly outlined in an OOC reference bill in the "Bills under debate" section of the nation page. Confusion should not be created by displaying only some of the current RP laws or displaying RP laws which are no longer current. |
