Description[?]:

*Supreme Chancellor Lena valström, who put on her best dress for this event steps in front of the Congress and begins to speak full of pride*

"My fellow people of Keymon,
I have decided to bring this motion to the Supreme Imperial Congress, because I deem it necessary for the pride and the understanding and the memory of our history! But let me explain my thoughts:

When Benny Fisher-Coleman founded the Individualistic Movement he cannot have imagined what he had started. In very few years our Movement rose to the top of keymonite politics in one of our darkest times, during the Likatonia-War. Although pressured from so many, being sentenced to death by Dictator Sokoloff and facing an out-of-control Edward Royaliwith, he kept his line and defended every and each single person in Keymon by all means. No matter whom they stood for, everyone deserved protection.
Nevertheless, this may be a matter of opinion… BUT: It was Benny who was elected Supreme President during the war! The people put their trust into him, when hope was very rare. They trusted him to help them survive this disaster. And he helped them! Again he did not give in, but organized underground-resistance and stood strong for his nationals.

Afterwards Keymon was identified with Fisher-Coleman and the voters identified on a personal level with him and what he stands for: Pride, Sovereignity, Independence, Strength, Confidence and Honor!
If someone deserves to be declared a national hero, it is Benny! Let us all write history once more and reward him for all the wonderful things he has done for all of us. For every Individual!

Therefore I seek the following proposals:

1) Benny Fisher-Coleman is declared national hero of the Supreme Imperial Republic of Keymon
2) Benny Fisher-Coleman is awarded the titles “Supreme Protector of Keymon” and “High Guard of Freedom and Sovereignity”

The Individualistic Movement leaves this motion to be debatted here in Congress and will not put it to vote, before we have seen whether this Declaration can find a cross-party consens!
Long live our Supreme Imperial Republic!"

- Lena Valström, Supreme Chancellor

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left.
