| Whereas: The Royal Fleet of Vanuku committed a surprise attack on the Deltarian/Barmenian Debt Collection Alliance fleet causing an estimated 50,000 casualties and injuring our efforts in Davostag Whereas: The Imperial Monarchist League Occupation of Vanuku infringes on the rights of the Vanukuian democratic citizenry. Whereas: The Vanukuian national animal is not a cat. Whereas: The Vanuku/Davostag Axis attack on Barmenia activates articles 5 and 6 of the Majatran Union Treaty, forces from all alliance members shall aid the Barmenian forces. Whereas: General Rodentia Hunter of Barmenia is the Allied Commander during this conflict. Therefore: Barmenia and the rest of the Majatran Union declare war on Vanuku in addition to the war on Davostag. Therefore: Barmenia shall increase its defences on its southern border with Vanuku. |
