Message | The Libertarian Party feels it is time that we recognised 'the oldest profession'. As the leader of this party and as a female I can understand some peoples abhorrence with this trade. However, sex is essential to life and it's use as a social tool and individiual entertainment in many ways defines humanity as a distinct and very different animal from almost any other. The seedier, and more unfortunate side of the sex industry is all too often caused by the abuse of prostitutes by those who would abuse such people. We hope the conditions we have set out above will eliminate this abuse. We also understand that the sex industry is no place for children and so we have set out regulations to ensure prostitution is restricted to certain areas in all cities, therebye allowing parents to enusre their progney does not go into such areas, |

Date | 23:40:22, December 05, 2005 CET | From | Democratic-Republican Party | To | Debating the Recognition of Prostitution |
Message | The Futurist Party is split right down the middle on this issue. The Conservative wing of the party are dead set against it and the Liberal wing is for it. Therefore, at this time, we must temporarily abstain until this has been discussed by the FPC. |
