--> Government policy regarding a national park system:

According to current law (January 3324): 'The gubernatorial funds and maintains a network of national parks and/or marine protected areas.'

This Bill shall officially establish the governmental entity that will be charged with the maintenance of all national parks and environmentally protected areas within Dranland's entire territorial extension. It will be the sole government entity regarding the designation of protected areas and national parks as well as ecological reserves and the related.

The entity will be established immediately after the passing of this bill and shall be officially called:
'National Park Administration Service'

The National Park Administration Service will be a dependency of the Ministry of Environment and Tourism.

The National Park Administration Service will be headed by a 'Director'.
The Director of the National Park Administration Service will be nominated by the Minister of Environment and Tourism and approved by the Legislative Assembly.

The National Park Administration Service will be charged with the maintenance of national protected land, and will act to preserve said lands from distortion.

The National Park Administration Service is the sole entity charged with the creation and designation of protected land. These designations have to be approved by the nation's legislative assembly.

The funding of this entity shall come directly from the Ministry of Environment and Tourism and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.

The National Park Administration Service will be allowed to charge a regulated fee (regulated by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism) for the entering and enjoyment of protected land, with the objective of maintaining the National Park Administration Service's economic upkeep.
