Message | OOC: The law I would actually prefer is the old one where the government actively promotes population growth, but I wanted to see population diversity in Beluzia. It sucks when all the parishes have nearly the same population. Since I left it to local governments, I've been seeing that Iker Ado tends to have a high population and Bailon tends to have a low one. |
