| Message | "Sanctioned" nudist colonies? Nudity is allowed at hotels, beaches, etc. And you don't have to be naked to have sex. some women wear skirts, and many men can easily pull their zipper. -- Anyways, lies are not tolerated. We didn't "ban" public nudity. The law, that existed before, allowed nudity to be banned completely by local governments which choose to do so. The bill, that we proposed, is to ensure that private nudist beaches were legal everywhere. It was a compromise - nudity WOULD be allowed everywhere, but it would be confined to nudist beaches, small colonies, and gated communities which allow it. The old law didn't make nudity legal everywhere; it simply gave local governments the option to make it legal or not, and in the case that it wasn't legal in some parishes, the nudist beaches are actually considered making nudity legal, not banning it. |

We had polls to show persons had a problem with streaking, so it was likely that in most parishes, the governments would choose to make it completely illegal. Our law was to prevent it from being illegal without giving others something to whine about. Now show me the polls. |
