Message | Whilst we do accept that certain children's families may object on possible moral/religious grounds and have incorporated an according opt out option, obligating schools to carry out sexual education will jointly raise awareness of the recent impending changes to relationships legislature and promote healthy sexual behaviour, reducing the transmission of sexual diseases. Additionally, the legalising of non sexual television nudity in acordance with current media watershed rules will promote awarenss of the human body in a non sexual context. In conjunction with recent liberal attitudes towards relationships, the GLPoT would also argue in favour of legalising interracial relationships to promote equality, integration and respect between the peoples of Tukarali. Message | Our party agrees on all articles of this Bill and thanks the GLPoT for raising awareness of the Adoption of Children by Everyone Act. We would also like to thank all the parties who have voted in favour of the Adoption of Children by Everyone Act as well. Regarding article 3, when you look at young people's self esteem issues on how they compare to the "models" used in advertising, I can see how natural nudity by "normal" people in appropriate scenes can encourage being comfortable in ones own skin. |

Message | In response to the republican and socialist front nudity would strictly be in a non sexual context and is purely aimed at raising awareness of the human body in its natural forms and we believe this exposure would be beneficial in raising young peoples awareness of their bodies beyond that which they are exposed to through wider media advertising. However the GLPoT believes it is more more crucial that Articles 1 & 2 be passed and would be willing to compromise if Article 3, which can itself be pursued at a later date, is still an issue. |
