| As we are still tinkering with the economy, and as the current law hasn't produced any results due to a minor flaw which is this. The law as it stands now, our aid "ties poorer nations in exchange for trading rights". We believe a poor nation that needs foreign aid so badly, can't offer us much in regards to trade which does nothing to help our economy. A destitute nation in need of aid usually don't make very good trading partners. This proposal provides aid when they need it the most, without a useless trade clause to go with it. |

Old value:: The government supplies "tied" aid to poorer nations in return for trading rights.
Current: The government gives high levels of aid to countries in need.
Proposed: The government only gives aid for disaster relief in foreign countries.

| Message | The HPP support. It seems that L-PU and CP like the HPP is finding the foreign aid to high. It is not the responsibility of Hobrazia to give aid to countries who is run by bad leaders. It though make sense, that we help them unfortunate to experience famine, natural disasters etc. |
