Message | Mr. Speaker, Red Aloria is disgusted by this bill. After such a long fight for workers, the last progressive government finally managed to radically transform Aloria into a truly democratic country, where the economic spoils finally went directly to the worker, and not parasitic capitalists. This new 'Logical People's' party has shown its true colours by proposing this bill. Clearly it is in thrall to the elites, the corporates, the bankers, the capitalists. Why else would it wage such a reactionary war on the common man, removing his hard fought for, and only recently won rights, rights written in the blood and sweat of oppression of the victims of capitalism? |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I have some bad news for you. Although I agree with your sentiment, if a single woman or man wants to start a company, he or she should be able to. That isn't even free market ideals, that is common sense. Mind you, we have no intention of going any farther in reason of the work Councils, and the various businesses that are run by them will continue to be run by them. Their property and livelihoods will not leave because of that article. As for the business tax lowering, this lowers the overall tax on all businesses, Democratic or CEO run otherwise. Thus, the employees will be paid more, and more development can continue within the company. We truly are sorry if the wrong impression was made by this bill, but unless you give us a good compromise, we are changing nothing. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Red Aloria suggests that these 'Logical People' develop a better understanding of the law as it stands. If one person decides to start a company, they have the right to do that. The DWC of that company consists of that person. After a long and bitter fight, the last government finally extended democracy for the common man to all areas of life in Aloria. As a DEMOCRATIC republic - to use the Logical People's words, 'common sense' dictates that the nation be democratic. Red Aloria does not support dictatorship, but democracy for our democratic nation. This bill seeks to re-establish dictatorship into the most crucial area of Alorian life, the economy, standing with the sad tradition of union busting, scabbing, worker abuse and parasitic capitalism. Red Aloria says no to dictatorship. Red Aloria says no to our country being held ransom to capitalist greed. Red Aloria says no to this atomizing bill, which seeks to destroy society's sense of connectedness, of community, of social responsibility. Corporations have a social responsibility, as the success of them is determined by society. This responsibility is met by requiring them to pay their fair share in tax, a level they are already below, and the opposition party seeks to lower it further. I ask the so-called 'Logical People of Aloria' what the corporates gave them in return for sacrificing themselves at the altar corporate interest and waging the corporates war on the common man? |

Message | Mr. Speaker, I have never been one for bias. After further examination, I can conclude that you make some points, but I must pick at your point when it comes to Corporation Tax. You understand that corporations and the wealthy are not the same, or at leas I hope Red Aloria does. When you take money from a business, that money that you took doesn't necessarily go directly to the heads. It spreads out among the business as a whole, and when it does, the average employe's payment will go up, and since there payment will go up, the amount of money we get from income tax will increase, which we can then use to build roads, pay welfare employes, and a myriad of other projects that are under the governments control. However, since some of the money is also going to the primary and secondary industries, unemployment will go down as more mines, farms, factories, and other places of the like open their doors. To avoid too much damage to the environment, we plan on setting up some additional environmental protection with another bill. But, to calm your mind, we will be willing to highly encourage and support DWCs to avoid the union busting scenario that you pointed out may occur. We thank you for you input. |

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections. |
